For 2023, the tournament organizers are increasing the Penati Slovak Open Prize Money to 22,000 euros in the main tournament. The payout will be determined for the first 18 places, who will share the mentioned 22,000 euros. Matúš Kudláč for the second time at the Penati Slovak Open

At the Open Championship of the Lomnica Golf Club, a wild card was again played for the Penati Slovak Open. Matúš Kudláč will play at the Penati Slovak Open for the second time, as he won participation in the LGK Championship just like last year.
