Two more Wild Cards know their owners. Ondrej Vaňo and Alexandra Santori are heading to the Penati Slovak Open.

The starting field of the 10th anniversary Penati Slovak Open is growing again. During the weekend’s WAGR Stroke Play 2026 – Penati Golf Club Stroke Play Championship, in addition to the club championship titles, two valuable Wild Cards for the most prestigious professional golf tournament in Slovakia were also contested.

The three-day championship brought exciting battles and very good results. Andrej Chochol became the Penati Golf Club champion, finishing the tournament with a score of 220 shots / +3. Among the women, Emma Višňovská won with a score of 225 shots / +8.

Both of them earned the right to start at the Penati Slovak Open 2026 with their performances. However, they eventually moved their Wild Cards further.

Andrej Chochol already has one Wild Card for this year’s Penati Slovak Open, and therefore he left his other card to Ondrej Vaňa.

Emma Višňovská will not be able to participate in the anniversary edition of the Penati Slovak Open this year and has left her Wild Card to Alexandre Santori.

Thanks to this sporting gesture, we now know two more players who will be welcomed to the starting line-up in September:

Ondrej VAŇO
Alexandra SANTORI

For amateur golfers, Wild Cards represent a unique opportunity to get into the starting line-up of a professional tournament and compete against players from different countries. That is why qualifying tournaments are a traditional and important part of the journey to the Penati Slovak Open.

Congratulations to Ondrej and Alexandra and we look forward to their start at the 10th Penati Slovak Open, which will take place on September 6-9, 2026 at Penati Golf Resort.

See you at Penati!⛳
